SSC Meeting

The School Site Council (SSC) meeting, a group of parents, community members and staff who oversee the school site plan and LCAP, will be held on Monday, September 16th from 3 - 4:30 pm. 

Noodles Fresh Fundraiser

Please come dine at Noodles Fresh (10042 San Pablo Ave., near the Cerrito Theater) on Tuesday, September 17th from 5-9 pm. Say you're with Fairmont School and help support the Fairmont PTA. Invite your friends!

Walk-a-thon PledgeStar Error 

We apologize, but due to circumstances beyond our control.....

On Monday September 9, around 5 pm pacific time, the PledgeStar database suffered a failure. A new database was brought online on Tuesday, but there was some data loss.

Families that registered for the Walk-a-thon on 9/9 may need to re-register and send out pledge requests again if they can not access their records. Any donations that went through were deposited into your Paypal Account and you have those funds.

We are trying to reconstruct the data that was lost. We need your help to do it. Please email info@pledgestar.com if your pledges are not showing up. Thank you!

AAPAC Meeting

The African American Parent Advisory Council (AAPAC) is an advocacy group for parents, guardians, and community members who have African American children that attend Fairmont Elementary. We are an inclusive group, welcoming all who strive to boost the academic achievement of the African American student population here at Fairmont.

Come join us for our monthly meeting: Tuesday, September 24th at our school library. We start with a potluck meal at 6 pm and meeting from 6:30 - 7:30 pm.

School Garden Open House This Saturday

Our school garden will have an open house on Saturday, September 21 from 11 am – 2 pm.

Students, family, and friends are invited to visit our new East Garden and meet Ms. Claire, our Garden Coordinator. Your students have been working hard in the garden — come see what they’ve made!
