Nature Manitoba Trip List


All Outdoor Activities are free for members, with the exception of any cabin/park fees if applicable. Non-members may attend a trip or two at no cost, in order explore the option of membership. A trip's difficulty is rated using the following Trip Rating Guidelines. If you are a member, please contact the trip leader directly with any questions; otherwise please contact our office.
 
We are always in need of more volunteers to lead outdoor trips. If you are interested in becoming a trip leader please email us or call the office at 204-943-9029

Hiking Mantario Trail September 28 to October 1

Hiking Mantario September 28 to October 1 A 4-day, 3-night backpacking adventure on the rugged Canadian shield.  Lesly and I are planning to hike and invite others to join us.  Hikers must be self-supported and experienced. The purpose of the hiking group is safety in numbers and role of leader is to arrange carpooling.

Hike for about 10-12 kms. around the St. Claude - Treherne area; then descend upon the village of Lavenham for its fall dinner. Registration opens September 21. For Nature Manitoba members only.

An autumn hike through southeast Manitoba along shorter trails that all culminate in Ste. Agathe (ca. 10-12 km.) with its fall dinner. For Nature Manitoba members only. Registration commences September 29.

Hike around central Manitoba for about 10-12 km., then attend one of the province's finest fall dinners French-Canadian style. For Nature Manitoba members only. Registration commences October 13.
