October 4, 6pm – Rock the Pink at A Wedding Loft, 11 South King Street, Leesburg, Virginia 20176. Tru Colour Studios presents ROCK THE PINK, during Leesburg’s first Friday. Show your support by rocking a pink hair extension all month! $10 cash = 1 extension = so much good! Every Dollar donated will go directly towards the incredible (and local!) Step Sister organization.
October 11, 5:30 pm - Runway to the Cure Fundraising Ride
at New Trail Cycling Studio in Reston, Virginia. Join us for a night to celebrate those who have fought and are fighting breast cancer. In collaboration with Runway to the Cure, the ride proceeds will go to Step Sisters. Join us after at Kalypso’s for food and drinks. Bring your New Trail token from class and give it to your serverwhen you pay your bill and Kalypso’s will donate 10% of your total!
October 12, 7:00 am – Walk4Mountains
Join us on Oct 12th for Walk4Mountains 2019, a beautiful walk from Lovettsville to Hillsboro down VA mountain view scenic byway. Catered lunch at the end and shuttle service back to start (or will pick up along the way if you want to stop). This year, there will be a 3D Mammovan! Check out the amazing raffle donations from many area restaurants, salons, fitness & activities including ziplining, indoor skydiving, whitewater rafting, yoga and more! What a great way to spend a beautiful fall morning with your friendsand family.

October 17 & November 14, 7pm – Harpers Ferry Brewing Bingo Night
Join the Step Sisters and Harpers Ferry Brewing for a fun night of Bingo!! Bring your family and friends to this event where the Bingo Card donations go toward the Step Sisters. Packets are available for a suggested $15 donation for all 8 games or suggested donation of $2.00 per regular game and $3 for the final game. We will start calling at 7:00pm sharp!! Prizes given for each game.
October 18, 9:30 am - Popcycle Charity Ride
To sign-up, visit popcycleclub.com, create an account and purchase a single ride or a 2-1 ride for $22 (new riders only) if people would like to try riding twice. Click on the Step Sisters class and book your bike. Questions? Email: info@popcycleclub.com. Limited Space is available, so book today!
October 19, 6pm – 3rd Annual Runway to the Cure
Come support the Runway to the Cure, a fashion show to provide fun, entertainment, and great fashions — all to benefit breast cancer. Hear stories of how many of our local citizens have gone from illness to triumph. Raffle tickets go on sale at 5! To learn more about this event, go to: www.RunwaytotheCure.org.
October 19, 9:45am – Shred415 Sterling Sweat Crawl Charity Class – Kick off the sweat crawl at the either [solidcore] Reston or [solidcore] Ashburn and end with a 30 minute HIIT workout at Shred415. All attendees will receive a free stretch from Asbhurn Stretch Zone. Colada Shop will provide discounted drinks and food after!
October 23 & 30, 7 pm – Bingo for Charity at Crooked Run
Crooked Run feels very deeply about giving back to the community and since early 2017, every Wednesday night in their sterling tasting room, they have hosted “Bingo for Charity” with a focus on local causes each week to work with.
