Run at 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7pm!
A family focused Halloween event hosted by SOGO that will challenge kids of all ages to a spooky, slightly scary adventure running course. SOGO courses will be available with fun Halloween challenges thrown in the cauldron too. Little kids can run in the afternoon and older kids can run at dusk for a slightly spookier adventure. Bring your friends to join you on this spooky run! Register for a specific hour to run Spook-O from 3 -8 pm. Of course, if you'd rather be a Spook, sign up to volunteer! Create a scary spook and spend the evening haunting the course! Contact events@sogoadventurerunning.com. Dinner and goodies for participants and volunteers after the run at the Shaganappi Community Hall. |

2019 Western Canadian Orienteering Championships
Congratulations to all FWOC club members who participated in the 2019 Western Canadian Orienteering Championships. 43 FWOC members (including 8 SOGO participants) travelled to Kimberley for this awesome event. Check out their terrific results!
Thank you to the Kootenay Orienteering Club and their amazing volunteers for the great event! The 2020 Western Canadian Orienteering Championships will be hosted by FWOC! They will be right in your back yard. Save the date - July 3-5, 2020 to get in some awesome orienteering on a new forest map!! Of course, you should also plan to participate in the top event of the orienteering year - the Canadian Orienteering Champsionships, in Kimberley a week later:)
