FREE YOGA BOSTON
Hello!

How is October almost over?! The last newsletter was for July. Then the days flew by scary fast!
👻

Now here we are living these autumn days with a presidential impeachment on the horizon. Whew!

This summer I didn't attend as many outdoor classes as I had hoped. But I did attend a few. The last one was at the Dorchester Heights Monument. What a beautiful location! It's so close to me, but I had never been there before.

Summer outdoor classes are a distant memory, but there are still free classes popping up. So I'm looking forward to visiting some new to me locations and going to some closer to home too.

The list of free yoga classes for the off-season is up!
Also look at the FYB Facebook page for random updates. Hope you look at both and get to try some classes.

A STORY  + A RANDOM RECIPE
~ I didn't get to the Boston Book Festival, but do like the idea of the whole city reading the same short story --One City One Story. Maybe you might like to read it too.

~ A friend shared this recipe for Cardamom Spiced Hot Cocoa. 'Tis the season and I plan to try it, so I'm sharing it as well.

YOGA IN THE NEWS  + A REQUEST

~ Yoga in the Cathedral looks beautiful and peaceful.

~ Here are 9 Yoga Routines to beat the Sunday blues or any day you need to relax and unwind.

~ Yoga to meditation: A look at the complementary methods for breast cancer patients to treat the whole person.

You're probably aware that it's Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Unfortunately, it runs on both sides of my family and is always something that I'm aware of.

My mom is a 34 year survivor. And now her second sister has been recently diagnosed. My aunt is strong -- in good spirits and currently undergoing treatment. The costs are enormous and a cousin has started a Go Fund Me Page to help with expenses. Any donations would be much appreciated. Your good thoughts and prayers would be wonderful as well. Thank you in advance!
