Christmas Resource
As Christmas is fast approaching, Rev. Patty Lawrence form Broken Bay Uniting Church has found a resource that other church groups may be interested in using this season.
Illustrated Ministry now posts to Australia. I am looking at putting in an order for Nativity Stickers, postage will be cheaper per set if we order as a group.
They have other stickers as well as posters. Posters are cheaper if you order the digital file and print them locally.
I calculate that if I order 5 sets of stickers, 25 sheets per set, it will cost about $50 AUD per set including postage.

Pastoral Care training with Sharonne Price
Everyone is invited to two special events with Sharonne Price, author of "Soulstice" and "Pastoral Partners" and former  Executive Officer of the Pastoral Relations and Mission Planning ministry centre for the UCA in SA.

On Friday October 25th, at 7pm, Willoughby Uniting Church will be hosting an evening entitled "Christians Caring in a Secular World" - exploring how we take the love of God into the world around us, caring for those we encounter day by day.

On Saturday October 26th, at 9am, Sharonne will be leading a workshop at Roseville Uniting Church, entitled "From Congregations to Healing Communities" - how do we better care for one another within the community of faith.

Entrance to each event is $10.
