COCKTAIL RECIPE

 

We've released a new vintage of Creekbend Brandy, and now we're in the mood for a round of Sidecars! This classic cocktail recipe teams up brandy and orange liqueur (aka triple sec) and we happen to make both spirits. Creekbend Brandy is our collab with Oliver Winery in Bloomington and is made entirely of their locally grown Catawba grapes. 

 
 

SIDECAR

1.5 oz Cardinal Spirits Creekbend Brandy
1 oz Cardinal Spirits Valencia Triple Sec
.75 oz lemon juice
Strip of orange peel, for garnish

Add brandy, triple sec, and lemon juice to a shaker filled with ice. Shake well, then strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a strip of orange peel.
