EA Groups Newsletter

Hi <<First Name>>,

One of the mistakes I made early on with community building was relying on EA-related material rather than looking at resources from other communities. From now on,  I’ll start trying to include more outside info.

One of the most useful articles I’ve read is Start with Who, looking at how communities are more likely to succeed if you think about who the community is for and how to use boundaries. Sometimes trying to invite everyone to everything can lead to delayed action and a lack of focus.

Read on for the latest news, resources and community updates.
