Puppy Mill Awareness Day is a free event held outside featuring dog adoption & rescue booths, local celebrity emcees, live music, blessing of the animals, and vendors. Well behaved dogs on leash are welcome. We spend a day raising awareness, money, helping connect dogs with their new families, and have fun at the same time.
Austin Greyhound Adoption has placed over 500 Greyhounds in loving homes and still counting! Adoption fees only cover part of the cost of readying a Greyhound for adoption. The remainder is paid for by generous donations by Hound-lovers like YOU! Your tax-deductible donation will help even more hounds race into loving homes! Please donate today!
