The Next Step Program is for youth ages 18 - 30 who identify as having a disability and face barriers to employment. This program will be offered from October 2019 to May 2020. This is a paid employment-based program where participants will partake in professional development and employment skills training while also partaking in job shadowing exercises and paid internships. To apply for the Next Step Program, please download the application (you can fill it out right on your computer) and send the completed application to Michelle at michelle@ilns.ca.  
The COMM ACCESS Program is for youth ages 16 - 24 who identify as having a disability. This program will be offered from October 2019 to March 2020. This is a day program where there will be personal development, self-advocacy, and employment skills workshops and weekly recreational activities. There will also be time to create community and employment engagement action plans, so you can reach your goals. To apply for the COMM ACCESS Program, please download the application (you can fill it out right on your computer) and send the completed application to Michelle at michelle@ilns.ca.

Join Healthy Minds Cooperative on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month (2:00-4:00 pm) for a peer-led support group for men. A place to share and learn in a safe supportive, confidential environment. Drop-in group (no registration required). No cost to attend.
