Have you ever had a really intense week? Maybe a really intense month or even year? There are times in everyone’s life where it seems that you are surrounded by things that seem to be going wrong.
I have had weeks like that just like everyone else. This week was one of those weeks. However I love the timing that God provided in my personal devotional time.
In the intensity of this week I read a particular Bible story...
Participate in The Altar Project this October 1-31!
Family worship, as simple and old-school as it sounds, is one of the most effective hedges around our families against the devil’s hacks — challenges we face on a daily basis. You are invited to join The Altar Project, a call to restore family worship, from October 1-31. It’s a call to 31 days of revival and reformation that begins simply with gathering the family at least once a day to pray and worship God together. Join us on a spiritual journey to "Alter the Altar" with your family!
Our ministry teams plan spiritual growth events and activities for our conference family throughout the year. These are opportunities to step away from the busy-ness of life to recharge your spiritual battery, reconnect with God, join in Christian community interactions, and grow your overall spiritual walk.
For the remainder of 2019 and in anticipation of 2020, Washington Conference is pleased to share with you some Ministry Calendar Highlights with opportunities for you to grow spiritually.
We place our best plans before the Lord and see how God opens and closes doors. Events and plans are subject to change as God opens new opportunities.
The SAGE 25th Anniversary Celebration with storytellers Steven Chavez, Ralph Watts, Hillary Macias, and others, will be held Sept. 28 from 9:30 am to 5 pm at Bellevue Adventist Church. This event was relocated from Federal Way because of such high interest.
Box lunches and memory books will be available for all those who pre-registered.
