Thank you to Claire Hofman and her team (Ruth, Davina & Vanessa) for organising the very successful MacMillan Coffee Morning today. There was a super turn out and we will confirm the amount raised when the rest of the cakes have been sold!
THE COURT BOOKINGS FACILITY INCLUDING THE APP IS BEING UPGRADED ON MONDAY SO WILL BE OUT OF OPERATION FROM 12.30PM UNTIL 5.00PM.

Sessions in need of your support are the Thursday organised mix-in 8-9.30pm and the Friday mix-in 1-3pm.

If any subs are outstanding 28 days from your renewal date, your subs will be removed and, in accordance with our rules, you will be required to pay a joining fee.
Court Bookings: Please ensure you confirm your court bookings on the terminal in the clubhouse before going on court. COURTS NO LONGER REQUIRED MUST BE CANCELLED . Anyone who fails to do so on 2 occasions, will be contacted by someone in the office and a reoccurance will result their court booking facility being removed from the system for 2 weeks
IT HAS BEEN SUGGESTED THAT WE COULD FINE MEMBERS OR HAVE A CHECK IN SYSTEM ON THE APP. THE COMMITTEE DID DISCUSS THIS OPTION BUT PREFERRED TO START WITH THE POLICY ABOVE AND MONITOR IT. OBVIOUSLY IF YOU COULD CHECK IN ON YOUR APP, THERE WOULD BE NO NEED TO ATTEND THE CLUB TO HAVE CHECKED IN AND THIS WOULD NOT ENABLE US TO WORK OUT WHO HAD ATTENDED AND WHO HAD NOT.
