SUNDAY HAPPENINGS

This Week's Reflection

“We’ve Been Looking at Our Woes Through the Wrong Lens”

Rabbi Gary Bretton Granatoor & Rev. Linda Simmons

As we take up the task of dealing with society’s greatest challenges— among them: hunger, prejudice, hatred, poverty, evil — we need a new way of thinking to respond.

Music with Nigel Goss & Elliot Levine

with Leyah Jensen & Sherlly Morocoima
This September, we're at work on "Random Acts of Kindness." We've made the warm weather last with "garden sculpture":  in week one, we created gnomes in clay; in week two, we constucted large-scale cars and boats; then in week three, we brought out the paint! And now this Sunday, kids will get to complete projects outdoors to set up for public display. Please join us this week to finish our community installation aimed at promoting love and kindness. You will be helping to plant inspiration for strangers, in your own community!
