Equally Ours join forces with Advent of Change

We’re delighted to announce that we’ve joined forces with Advent of Change as one of their chosen non-profits for Christmas 2019.

Last year the celebrity-endorsed social enterprise Advent of Change launched the first-of-its-kind charity advent calendar. By the end of 2018, they had raised £100,000 for their 24 chosen charities, and even received an award from the Prime Minister in recognition of outstanding contribution to charitable causes.

This year the calendar is returning, alongside four brand new products. Equally Ours are proud to join Advent of Change as part of their 2019 Charity Advent Calendar.

Read our response to the sexual harassment in the workplace consultation

The Government Equalities Office launched a consultation on sexual harassment in the workplace. The consultation also looks beyond sexual harassment and seeks views on other types of discrimination at work. They want to understand people’s experiences, focusing on some particular issues they might be able to tackle through changes to the law.
