FYI:  Saturday ~ Cross Country Meet Info

Tomorrow morning the Independence Cross Country team will be hosting their yearly invitational at the MHI. There will be as many as 500 runners between Junior High and High School combined and around 1200 extra people in and around Independence. 
The races will be as follows:
8:45 AM - Varsity/JV Boys
9:05 AM - Varsity/JV Girls
9:30 AM - JH Boys
9:35 AM - JH Girls
It has been estimated that the meet will be finished up around 11:00-11:30 am. 

With the influx of people, please be cautious traveling around the MHI area during these times. Restaurants will be busier and the downtown area may also see an increase in visitors.
