JWA Ventures and Publix announce new store in Ola
JWA Ventures and Publix Super Markets have announced a new grocery store coming to the Ola community. The property, located at the northeast corner of state route 81 and North Ola Road, was rezoned to mixed use in April 2019.
Publix is the country’s largest employee owned company with over twelve hundred stores in seven southeastern states. Construction is set to commence in late 2019, with a targeted opening in the first quarter of 2021.
New Park and Ride Lot under construction in McDonough
