Advanced Driving Skills School
Next Saturday October 5th 8:00am - 5:00pm
2019's final chance for both seasoned drivers and beginners to learn and practice their advanced driving techniques and have some fun too! You need not bring a BMW - all car makes are welcome. High Performance Driving School
Friday & Saturday October 11th and 12th Club Motorsports, Tamworth NH
The White Mountain and Boston Chapters present the third annual Fall Spectacular Driving Event at Club Motorsports! Sponsored by Schneller Performance. Laid out on hundreds of rolling acres with breathtaking views of the White Mountains, the 15 turn, 2.5 mile Club Motorsports road course includes elevation changes not experienced elsewhere. This High Performance Driving School is for ALL driver levels from Novice, Intermediate advanced. We DO welcome all makes of cars -- you don't have to drive a BMW to enjoy our events. This school is an excellent way for you to improve your driving skills and have fun too! The school combines classroom and on-track instruction in a closely supervised and controlled environment. Chapter Officer Nominations Open
Nominations for the 2019 White Mountain Chapter elections are now open and continue until midnight November 3rd, with online voting scheduled to start soon after on November 6th. Per the By Law Amendment passed in 2018, Board member terms are now staggered with each member serving two years.
Up for election this year are Vice President and Treasurer. We also need help in a number of other non-elective positions, including newsletter production, website management, and event planning.
Details: Please notify Tom Giffen (membership@wmc-bmwcca.org) with your nominations for Vice President or Treasurer. Both you and the nominee must be BMW CCA White Mountain Chapter members in good standing. If you can, please provide the nominee's email address so Tom can confirm their willingness to run. Nominees will be able to submit a candidacy statement (up to 300 words) and photo to Tom if desired. Elections will run through mid-December.
