Life in McNeal

Over the past month we have gotten settled into life in Southeast Arizona. We have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the many people involved in keeping Ethnos360 Aviation operational worldwide. We spent a week getting orientated to the ins and outs of living in McNeal and what it looks like to serve with Ethnos360 Aviation. It was really exciting to hear from many of the departments that perform vital jobs so the missionaries overseas can operate the airplanes and helicopters. It takes so many people that God has gifted uniquely and placed in each location to be able to perform the vision of reaching unreached people for the Gospel. We are so thankful to be a part of this team of people serving a common goal of seeing the Gospel spread the farthest reaches of the Earth.

Here are a few pictures of our project for the next few months. We are rebuilding a Robinson R44 helicopter. Every 2200 hours these helicopters have to disassembled and many of the components have to be overhauled. This current helicopter is due for its second overhaul so it has roughly 4400 hours on it. This is a huge project that will offer tons of hands on experience for us trainees.

This past week all the Program Managers came back to McNeal for their yearly meetings. We enjoyed hearing from each one of them as they shared current news and projects. We gathered together for a time of sharing and worship. Blinda and the other trainee wives were asked to lead us in a time of singing.

Praise and Prayer:

Praise that we got settled quickly and that Miyah has transitioned well
Praise that we found a church to attend and have been getting connected with the people
Pray for patience and guidance as we determine the best course of action for adoption and how that fits in with God's calling us to ministry
Pray that we will learn as much as we can from the staff and training process during our time in McNeal
