We're looking for 2 Trustees! (18-25)
Youth Music Awards: The Shortlist
Do you love music and have first-hand experience of how music-making makes a difference in young people’s lives?

If so, this trustee opportunity could be for you!

Youth Music is recruiting new trustees and we’re particularly keen to appoint young people between the ages of 18 to 25 who are currently not represented on the board.

The deadline for applications is Monday 4 November

The countdown to the first ever Youth Music Awards in association with Hal Leonard is under way and we're all looking forward to celebrating young talent that we support across the country!

A big thank you to everyone that took the time to vote for the Original Track Award sponsored by Tik Tok. We received over 2100 votes  for the 11 shortlisted tracks, and the winner will be announced on the night!

The Alliance for a Musically Inclusive England is here to help you to embed inclusion in your work. We do this through advocacy, CPD, resources, and strategic alliances. We will soon be launching a set of resources to help you, a map to show where AMIE partners are working, as well as an AMIE Manifesto that you can sign up to.

Artswork have a number of events on around the country, from Evaluating Projects with, by and for Young People (Southampton), to Embedding Safeguarding Practice (Windsor Castle), and Creative Consultation with Young People (Bristol) .

Musinc will be hosting a couple of events this month at Middlesbrough Town Hall- Starting off with a one day course on reaching out to young people on Tuesday 29 October, and then a session with Beccy Owen on vocal technique and community choir leading on Wednesday 6 November 2019.
