I've been to quite a bit of chanting, singing, and yogi type things. And then there is Illumina. They create a truly magical and powerful experience through their presence and their voices. I saw them in May at St James' Church in Picadilly and it was just so MAGICAL!

It really feels an honour to know them and join with them in putting this on for you. And something lovely to do as the nights draw in and we go into the darkness.

You will feel peaceful, blissful, uplifted, hopeful, connected, inspired and more!

It's fine if you are not a "singer", it is much more about opening your heart, connecting to something beyond the mind and having a go. You will be gently guided...

We will start with me doing a short set of postures from Kundalini Yoga (Beginners Welcome) to warm up the body, then relax for a gong/sound bath then immerse ourselves in healing and uplfiting chants & beautiful sacred sounds with 2 divine and gifted musicians, LIla and Anaam as our guides.

Bring: mat/sheepskin, warm blanket for relaxation & chanting (cushions are available there, and chairs if your prefer for any sitting), water.

Wear: anything comfortable for moving /sitting in.
