We are humbled by how the Lord is using our Children Care Centers all over Peru to make disciples. The children in these poor, often forgotten barrios receive physical nourishment through our feeding programs. But the most important nourishment we offer is for the soul. How blessed we are to partner with the Spirit in sharing the gospel and discipling those He loves in Peru.
In addition to bible studies, discipleship, and feeding programs, the Lord often makes us aware of other needs. Read these impactful words from one of our team members near Cusco... "God broke my heart when I met Jonatan. His mother died when he was 6 months old and his father is an alcoholic. He lives in an adobe house and cooks on a mud stove in the town of Molle Molle near Cusco. I saw the reality of his loneliness, hunger and cold. Many children can die from the cold here because they walk with sandals, not solid shoes. God used Jonatan to show me the great needs here ...Because of Jonatan, God has opened doors to bring shoes to the children of Molle Molle."
