Scholarship Basket Themes Due Oct. 3

Winter-themed gift basket photo Thank you to everyone who has already submitted a basket theme. Please submit your Basket Auction Themes to council by October 3rd

Helpful Hints for Great Baskets:
  • Network with your board and membership to collect items or donations for the basket
  • Aim for a basket value between $150-250 (There have been exceptions.)
  • Consider creative containers that are not baskets. We've seen everything from a flower pot, to a mixing bowl, to a wheelbarrow to a backpack.
  • Fun themes make for great baskets. Popular past basket themes include Seahawks, Minecraft, gardening, Italian cooking and gift cards.

Baskets should be turned in by the November 7 Membership Meeting. The scholarship basket auction will be held on December 5, 2019. All proceeds from the event support post-high school learning opportunities for Lake Washington students and continuing education opportunities for LWSD staff.

Questions? Please contact us at auction@lwptsa.net
