Vogt, Resnick & Sherak, LLP Successfully Closes Large M&A Transaction Involving Multiple Entities in the U.S. and U.K.
Vogt, Resnick & Sherak, LLP (“VRS”) recently represented two sellers in a stock sale transaction that involved the concurrent sale of all the stock of four companies. Two of the companies are in the U.S. and the other two companies are in the U.K. The companies manufacture technical engineering products for aviation and military purposes. VRS worked closely with the Seller’s U.K. counsel, DMH Stallard (a fellow member of LEInternational), as well as accountants in both the U.S. and U.K., buyer’s counsel in Cleveland, and buyer’s lenders to close the transaction. VRS collaborated with various advisors on the sale team, which includes other attorneys within VRS (from its real estate, tax, and business practice groups) and outside the firm to help its clients navigate through numerous different issues involving intellectual property, privacy, real property, tax and employment law issues.
