A Huge Reserved Matters Permission!

Certainly the largest reserved matters submission which Pad has been involved with, the detailed proposals for 763 new homes at Harry Stoke were approved this month. On behalf of Crest Nicholson, we have undertaken the layout and architectural design of 651 of these, together with the local centre and community buildings.
In addition to celebrating this significant landmark, this newsletter highlights several of our other current and recent projects: a custom build parcel at Tadpole Garden Village, the district centre at Barry Waterfront and (this month's revisited site) Bishops Green, a brownfield development providing new homes at Wells, Somerset.

Continuing Pad's involvement with Tadpole Garden Village, we have been assisting Crest Nicholson and its partner Potton on the custom build phase. Following the outline application, an open day this month launched the marketing of the 14 plots.

|
We are pleased to see that work has begun on the neighbourhood centre buildings at Barry Waterfront. We look forward to watching the buildings take shape, which will provide a range of cafes, bars and leisure opportunities for the town.
