It's October already! Autumn is upon us and Halloween is looming! Spooooky!

As always click here to visit our booking page to book onto classes. Please remember that if you have to cancel a class, the sooner you do it, the sooner someone else can have that space, or we can re-arrange the class if necessary!

SFAA on tour - Midlands Pole Championships

Last weekend Zorena & Emily went to Nottingham to compete in Doubles at MPC - They performed to Baby Shark on stage and came second! If you are interested in competing in pole or hoop, let your instructors know and we can help you navigate the competition scene!

Breakdance Workshop - Friday 25th October

SFAA are holding an adults Breakdance workshop! Friday 25th of October - find the event on our website! The workshop will be led by Julie and will be suitable for absolute beginners! Last time we ran one of these it was so much fun so please come along! £7 per person, cash on the night.

Timetable Changes

Some of you may have already noticed that the timetable has altered in a couple of places - there are more changes to come over the next few months so please keep checking teamup. If you are on a recurring reservation then it is worth logging into team up to make sure that your class is still in the same slot! Did you know that you can export your teamup classes to your phone calendar? Check out our blog post for instructions!

Christmas Party

We have booked our Christmas party! Tapas Barcelona on Friday the 13th of December! We have had final numbers in from everyone who initially said that they were interested, but if you want to come along, speak to Zorena, Emily or Gemma to discuss being a late addin! There is also the option to come and meet us after dinner for drinks and party fun so keep the date free!

Roadtrip!

Tickets for "New Face" are £15 (doors open at 3pm)
Tickets for the Pro Show are £20 (doors open at 6pm)
Tickets for all day are £25

From the studio it takes around 2 hours to get there. We can arrange lifts etc between us if people want to come and watch! (We will set up a group for those interested, so let us know!)

Kitted Out

We are looking to put through a kit order for hoodies, tops and shorts over the next month - The adults hoodies will be the first thing we order, they are going to be pullover style and for the first time we are going to offer a choice of COLOURS (which means you could be ever closer to looking like the picture above!) Kids hoodies will follow, colour options TBC!
