Dear Vendors,

In the text listed below (under "A Few of Our Amazing Vendors"), we have included a link to the vendor map. We plan to do this every week to help you and to help the customers.

If you are a full time vendor, there's no need to check every week--your space never changes. If you know one week that you will be absent, however, please let Jim know. Even if it's last minute, still let him know, so he can keep the Market footprint looking attractive to customers.

If you are a part time vendor, always check the map for two reasons: To find out where your space is and to make sure Jim knows that you are coming. If you see yourself on the map, you don't have to call Jim on Saturday morning and ask him where you should go--other uncontrollable factors aside (i.e. leftover vehicles, etc.), that will be your space.

New and Updated Rules for Our Pumpkin Decorating Contest: For the past several years, we have encouraged vendors to participate in a pumpkin decorating contest on the weekend before Halloween. This year, only real, perishable pumpkins modified by you somehow (through either carving or decorating) will be eligible for the contest on October 26.
  • Participating vendors will receive a $10 credit (to offset their purchase of a perishable pumpkin) deducted from their December Shared Marketing Costs.
  • Voting (by customers) on the day of the event will be done via text message.
  • The prize for the vendor who collects the most votes (via text message) will be an $80 credit toward future Shared Marketing Costs.
The contest has been a very fun addition to the Market, so we hope that you participate! We also encourage you to dress up in costume for customers (although there is no financial incentive to do so--just Market team spirit!).

The weather report for this Saturday calls for a high of 85F, a low of 65F, and a 2% chance of rain! It should be "pleasant with plenty of sunshine." Sounds amazing!

See you on Saturday!

The Market Footprint
Ever wondered where, exactly, the Market ends and begins?

The Market stretches directly north from the train tracks, up North Kentucky Avenue, across Pine Street and Bay Street, all the way to Oak Street. That's over four blocks of Market fun!

Ever wondered where to park?

There is parking conveniently located at both ends of the market--on Oak Street and across the train tracks by Munn Park. There is also limited on-street parking on Tennesee Ave. and Pine St.
