🎗 Do It For The Cause
October marks Breast Cancer Awareness Month — and we love that so many of our favorite Boston boutique fitness studios are holding special events and classes to raise breast cancer awareness. This week, join Xtend Barre in Burlington on Columbus Day for their signature low-impact, cardio-infused Barre class. All proceeds from the event will go to the Miss Pink organization, a Boston-based nonprofit supporting breast cancer survivors and their families.

🌱 B.Good Goes Green
To kick off #NationalVegetarianMonth, B.GOOD is introducing the world to not one but four new environmentally conscious and wildly delicious Flexitarian Burgers fit for vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. Choose from the Sweet Heat, Jalapeño & Cheddar, Falafel, and—last but not least—the Turkey Medley. No matter what your plant-powered meal of choice, there’s no going wrong.

☕️ Fall In A Cup
Oat Shop might be entirely dedicated to serving—you guessed it—oatmeal, but their impressive beverage menu doesn’t disappoint either. The popular Somerville joint will be expanding their drink menu and serving La Garita from Broadsheet Coffee Roasters as their new drip and iced coffee. Known for its sweet and fruity flavor with notes of nougat, baked apple, and plum, this drink is basically fall in a cup. P.S. if you find yourself obsessing, they’ll also have retail bags on the shelf ready for you to take home and enjoy.

😋 Breakfast Just Got A Whole Lot Sweeter
Fact: there’s always a crowd at Cambridge’s Bagelsaurus. And it’s about to get bigger thanks to the cult-favorite bagel joint bringing back their seasonal sweet potato bagels. They’re soft, a little sweet, and pair perfectly with the seasonal roasted garlic and herb cream cheese. Be sure to snag one (or two) every day except Friday (that’s when the shelves are stacked with free-range egg bagels) before they go “extinct.”

👋 Bye-Bye Burrata, Hello Squash
What’s not to love about Sweetgreen? It’s fast, has a fresh menu, features farm-to-table vegetables and housemade dressings — the list goes on. But fans are shedding tears over the fact that their much-loved burrata is officially off the menu until next year. But while the Ratatouille Bowl, Summer BBQ, and the Peach + Burrata salad are gone, that paves the way for the return of the mysterious and delicious Koginut Squash salad to once again grace the fall menu, which launched today!

🏕 To The Cape For A Fall Escape
AutoCamp is coming to New England! Inspired by the wanderlust of camping and the great American road trip, this one-of-a-kind glamping experience features modern and luxurious accommodations (think Airstream trailers, X suites, and luxury tents) that take outdoor lodging to a whole other level. The best part, though? The weekly activities. Choose from yoga, beer and cider tastings, and music by the campfire. Plus, you can enjoy direct access to the Shining Sea Bikeway, offering up gorgeous coastal views. Talk about experiencing the Cape in a whole new way.

Beat the Ferry
It’s much easier to pedal 170km (105 miles) when you have a beer and a boat ride waiting for you at the end. Participants will take the train out of Boston to Middleborough, then hop on their bikes for the long ride through the Cape, all the way to where the land meets the sea in Provincetown just in time to catch a beer, a bite, and the ferry back to Boston.
