October Newsletter

As the Fall Season begins, it is important to prioritize our mental health and wellness amidst what can often be a very busy period. On October 10, we celebrate World Mental Health Day and acknowledge the importance of being kind to others but also to ourselves. Seleni is here to help if you or someone you know needs that extra support.

Remember to keep up with Seleni events and announcements through Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Seleni Spotlight
Welcome to Evelyn Page, LCSW

This month we are excited to welcome Ms. Evelyn Page as the newest member to our clinical team. She is an experienced therapist working with people who are navigating the complexities of building a family. She also provides support around third party reproduction and adoption. Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) affect at least 1 in 5 mothers, and they affect almost half of all mothers from low-socioeconomic backgrounds. Seleni's Maternal Mental Health Intensive program trains professionals to effectively screen, diagnose and treat women suffering from PMADs and grief from perinatal loss. Help provide tools to improve maternal mental health in communities in need.
