Recently I spent a few weeks trudging through all of your names, discovering what you liked, didn't care for, and what you read. Honestly, I cried. It was not AT ALL what I was expecting. Sometimes I feel like the person sending all the Bath and Body Works emails. It's just TOO MUCH! And, not that a person can learn all they need to learn with analytics, but what my investigation communicated was that I had it all wrong.

You made me smile. So, that's how you are finding me today. Smiling at you because I know you are there. And I want to be THERE for you, too, helping and encouraging any way possible.
