What is your carbon footprint and how can you reduce it?
The Eugene Carbon Free Challenge is enabling Eugene residents to learn more about their personal carbon footprint and ways to reduce it. The Eugene Carbon Free Challenge (ECFC) website can be found at: werenew.net/westernor/eugene. This is a joint project of 350 Eugene, City of Eugene and EWEB to help our neighbors begin to reduce our collective carbon emissions now as part of the Eugene Climate Action Plan. The ECFC team is working to reach as many residents, businesses, faith groups, NGOs as we can make happen between July – Dec 2019 as part of this pilot project. Please come on Oct 14, 7pm to the River Rd Community meeting to hear more about how you can get involved in the ECFC project and learn more about your own carbon emissions and simple ways to improve it!
