Hello there!

You are receiving this email because you show perseverance and good musical improv sense and have registered with Merlin Works Institute of Improvisation for Improvised Singing 101: Improvised Songs.

Wednesdays 8-10pm | October 9 - December 4
No class November 27
with Marissa Wahkuna & Austin Kimble
at The ZACH Theatre, 1510 Toomey Rd.

Currently, this class has four students, we need 7-8 people in order for this class to make, so we need a few more in order for the class to make. We’ll see where we are with registrations up to the day before the first class and determine the status of the class then. If we don't receive enough registrations, we will notify you via email if the class is cancelled. If you do not receive a cancellation notification, please take that to mean that class is a go. If you'd like to poke your buddies about the class, tell them they can register here.

About the Class

Have fun making up your own songs with a live musical improviser every week. We will cover topics such as rhyming, song structure, song styles, song presentation, lyrics, duets, short form singing games, and communicating with the musical improviser. It’s like karaoke, but you make up your own words!  You don’t need to be a great singer to take this class, you just need to enjoy singing.
