October 26th — Shannon Brewing Co's Monster 5K
Come celebrate Halloween at the Fifth Annual Shannon Brewing Monster 5K Walk/Run. The race will start at 9:00 AM on October 26th followed by post party fun, music, pancakes, and of course the award-winning handcrafted Shannon Brewing beer.
Each participant will receive a Shannon Brewing 5K finishers glass, two glasses of beer, and a cool looking long-sleeve race shirt. Awards will be three deep per age group with individual awards for overall male, overall female, overall masters female & male and overall grand masters female and male. Of course, there will also be awards given for the best costumes.

Shannon Imperial Irish Coffee Cream Ale
Available November 1st — Shannon Imperial Irish Coffee Cream Ale is the bigger brother of our Irish Coffee Cream Ale. This 10% ABV beer is a rich, medium body ale, aged on coffee and vanilla beans. This beer is brewed to have a slightly dark hue, a satisfying alcohol warmth, and a rich coffee aroma. After fermentation, the beer is aged on locally roasted whole beans from White Rock Coffee and freshly split vanilla beans.Tasting notes include toffee, coffee, and vanilla.

Shannon DIPA
Shannon DIPA (Double IPA) is back, but it sold out as soon as we made it. So we brewed it again and that completely sold out. We are brewing it again and it will be on store shelves in about two weeks.
Shannon DIPA is a double dry-hopped Imperial IPA featuring El Dorado, Comet, CTZ, & Idaho 7. This beer is dry-hopped and recirculated to ensurea beautiful hop flavor and aroma. The combination of hops gives this beer great balance with fruit notes including tangerine, passion fruit, and mango. Pairs well with steak, cheese, and anything spicy.
