Fenway Health offers free walk-in STI testing Monday - Wednesday and the Transgender Health Walk-In Clinic is open on Wednesdays.
Harbor Health Services offers free walk-in HIV & Hep C testing on Wednesdays and Thursdays in Dorchester.

The Sexual Freedom Legal Defense and Education Fund helps people with alternative sexual lifestyles.
