A Trip Around The World: International Week at Golden View
Residents had a blast during International Week this September! We had themed activities and lunches all week long. Our themed meals showcased cuisine from Italy, France, China, and England. What a great week!
Residents, their families, and community visitors all raved about the DIY ice cream bar we set up for Grandparent's Day! We offered 5 different flavors of gelato. By unanimous vote the salted caramel gelato was the favorite!
Golden View's Administrator Meets With Congressman Pappas In DC
Rosemary Simino, Golden View's Administrator, was given the opportunity to go to DC in September to meet with US Congressman Chris Pappas and discuss the state's workforce crisis and Medicaid reimbursement.

Golden View Employee Scholarship Fund
Golden View would like to announce that we are currently raising funds for our employee scholarship fund.
Now more than ever, RNs and LPNs are needed to help provide the quality care our community's aging population deserves. With the cost of education so high, scholarship programs like Golden View's employee scholarship fund are extremely important.
Our scholarship fund is available for current full-time employees who are pursuing an LPN or RN degree through an accredited nursing program. Whether they’re an LNA who is enrolled in a nursing program already, a member of our housekeeping staff who has been accepted into nursing school, or an LPN who is pursuing an RN degree—any full-time Golden View employee who is dedicated to furthering their career as a nurse in the long-term care field is eligible.
Our goal through this scholarship fund is to improve long-term care by helping Golden View’s direct care workers advance their education when they otherwise may not be able to afford it.
Checks may be made out to Golden View Health Care Center with a memo noting it’s for the scholarship fund and mailed to us at 19 NH Route 104, Meredith, NH 03253. Donations are greatly appreciated.
