Goodness me it has been a long time since I've sent you an email. Sorry I have been so out of touch, but I thought I'd wait until I had some BIG news to share. And I finally do!

Now you are going to be able to do some of my cooking classes in the comfort of your own home, at your own pace. I am now working on putting together online cooking classes. These classes can be found on the Nicole's Nutrition Kitchen website under the "Classes" tab.

If you would like a sneaky-peak, Modules 1 & 3 are available for a FREE preview.

There will be more classes to follow, and as each class is launched you will hear about it first.

P.S. If you have already done the Gluten-free Baking Basics class with me, in my kitchen, then you don't need to do this online version as it would be a repeat. However, you may want to check out Module 3 because I don't teach that in the in-person class.
