Planning for the Long Term starts Wednesdays Oct 9 to Dec 11. Planning for the Long Term is a 10-week workshop series for people living with HIV.Topics of discussion: Managing Disclosure, Building Healthy Relationships, Reducing Stress Anxiety and Depression,- Enhancing Memory, Improving Self-Esteem. Gay Men's Coffee night, A social space for all gay, bi and queer men over the age of 40 and living with HIV. Starts Tuesday, October 15, To register and more information.

Expressive Arts and Therapy Group a group session therapy session for people living with HIV to express themselves, explore their emotions and connect with their creativity. Starts Wednesday October 15. For more information and to register.
