CEMS Bulletin - July & August 2019

The Bangsamoro confronted a growing insurgency problem, just as the rains, which provided relief from the heat, turned into a deluge that brought misery to the people. Read our July and August Critical Events Monitoring System (CEMS) Bulletin, which was pieced using International Alert’s CEMS reports. The CEMS is a platform used by the Early Response Network to capture, record, and relay critical events to relevant stakeholders in order to coordinate quick and context-specific response.
