Progress Reports... there were a few glitches, it is new for everyone! But they should be fixed now! Progress reports for grade 1-8 are now all accessible through your parent portal. https://plusportals.com/corpuschristischool
Also... Kindergarten does not get a progress report the first trimester. Ms. Martin looks forward to meeting with Kindergarten parents at Conference time. If she has any concerns before then, she will get in touch with you prior to your conference.
Important - FYI for the Cougar Cafe'
Parents need to check Cafe account balances at https://www.ezschoolpay.com/Login.aspx
If you are not able to login and set up your account, please call the school and we can check it for you.
We will not be sending home bills unless specifically requested. We will, however, notify you if your account balance is excessive. Account balances for the last school year, both negative and positive, were rolled over to this year.
You can pay your cafeteria bill on https://www.ezschoolpay.com/Login.aspx . We know there is a service/transaction fee for ezschoolpay,
We also pay a service fee for each transaction. We have split the total fee with you.
You can also pay by sending in a check or cash (Be sure your child's cafeteria number is on the envelope or check).
If accounts have a large negative balance, students should bring a packed lunch until accounts can be paid.
Students in grades 3-8 have the opportunity to purchase Ala Carte. Parents may limit or exclude ala carte purchases. Let us know if you want to limit or exclude ala carte spending. If we do not hear from you, we assume the child is allowed.
If accounts have a negative balance - students will not be allowed to purchase AlaCarte. We cannot make exceptions to this for purchases other than milk.
Students in grades 5-8 have an opportunity to purchase an extra main entree (pizza, bosco stick, burger/sandwich) for $1.75, if they do not have ala carte limited. You may limit this.
Parents can request to connect all their children's accounts and only make one payment. Your children will share the balance in that account. To connect accounts - Email Ms. Rose: erose@ccschambersburg.org
