NEW STUDENTS
We've had a lot of new people this year along with some coming and going and we just wanted to make sure all our new students understood the membership process. After 6 - 8 weeks we ask that you join our membership (this is compulsory). It's £50 a year for adults and £40 a year for children (12yrs and under). We also then ask that appropriate fees are paid by monthly standing order. The first year you get a free club t-shirt and on a yearly basis insurance, tutorials on-line, money off workshops and most importantly the fee per class is reduced. Over the year it is a better deal for the student and if you do more than one class it's definitely a saver!
Some of you guys that have been training are more than likely past your 8 weeks so as a kind of Tai Chi Membership Amnesty could you please make sure that you download the appropriate form below, fill it out and return it to class with payment as soon as possible.
Any questions or worries then please contact Paul by email or phone 07962 930837 and he will be happy to help.
This year we have had to chase a number of students to pay their renewal on their membership (thank you to those that have paid on time or in advance). Please could you stay on top of this! As mentioned above there are many perks to the membership including lower fees and so it's important that membership payments are kept up to date. This can be done via the members area of the website, bank transfer or cash in class. There is no need to fill out a form if your details that we have on record haven't changed since the previous year.
Thank you for reading everyone. See you in class soon. Peace
