Shuttle Busses:
The timetable for the shuttle busses has now been agreed. We will be running shuttle busses on Tuesday evening, Wednesday morning and evening and Thursday morning to the following hotels:
The objective of this service is to get you safely back to your hotel on the nights of the CICS Birthday Party and Conference Dinner and return to Whittlebury Hall the following morning. Depending on demand there will also be an early evening bus to these hotels to allow you to check in. However, there is only a short period of time between conference sessions to do this and if you have a car it would be quicker to use this rather than the shuttle bus. Likewise, if you want to return to your hotel after the conference day sessions to ‘freshen up’ going by car would be the quickest option. Therefore, we would like to limit the early evening shuttle busses to those that have no other means of transport.

The conference agenda abstracts, speaker bios and feedback can now also be done using the Attendify app on IOS and Android devices. This is still in development but we would appreciate your help with testing.

Conference Statistics: As at Wednesday 9 October there are:
455 people registered to attend the GSE UK Conference.
All hotel rooms have been reserved.
Hotel wait lists have been closed with over 40 people waiting for rooms.
Airbnb rooms available on the Alternative Hotels page. If you are waiting for a hotel room you are strongly recommended to reserve cancellable accommodation elsewhere.
To be sure of a place please register as soon as possible at http://conferences.gse.org.uk/register. The early period has ended membership vouchers can only be used to obtain a 50% discount off the full delegate rate.
