Dr. Weiss' Medical Leave
I need to inform you that I will not be in the office starting on Tuesday, November 12. I will not be able to physically treat you in the manner you are accustomed to for another 6-8 weeks.
The reason for my absence and slow return is due to an acute injury to my right shoulder rotator cuff requiring surgical repair. I will be able to practice through Monday, November 11. My working now does not negatively affect the outcome of the surgery.
Your health care is very important to me. In my absence, Dr. Ball and Dr. Zegel will be covering my patients so that you can benefit from the continuity of your chiropractic care. Many of you have already met Dr. Ball. Dr. Zegel has over 30 years of practice experience. They will have excellent notes (and quick starts from me) so they will know exactly what you need. Of course, your feedback is also extremely important, helpful and encouraged.
My plan is to return to the office in December to assist in your care. I will not be able perform physical treatments until January 2020.
My surgeon, Dr.Brian McKeon, assures me a successful outcome.
If I don’t get to see you in person before November 12, I will see you soon!
In health,
Brad Weiss, D.C.
