GGD Newsletter For October 1, 2019

Howdy, hope your month has been great! We spent ours continuing our search for a great rental property to invest in. We've seen and analyzed quite a few over the past month and, while many of them looked great, we have yet to find one that meets our standards and also has a reasonable price. We are considering expanding our search to include some of the surrounding areas. The hunt continues!

Monthly Financial Update (Full Breakdown):
At the beginning of the year, one of our new year's resolutions was to reach 60% of our retirement number. I'm happy to announce that over the previous month we reached that milestone! We increased our net worth by 2.41% bringing us up to 61.2% of our retirement number. Exciting times!
