Fertile capital markets. Progyny, a benefits management company specializing in fertility solutions, filed an S-1 with the SEC. The startup generated $103M in revenue in the first half of 2019, more than double the revenue it generated in the first half of 2018.

Hello, hello, hello. Eko Health, a developer of AI-enabled pulmonary and cardiac monitoring solutions, raised $20M in a Series B round led by ARTIS Ventures. The funding will be used to accelerate R&D and commercialization of its machine learning platform for cardiac screening and analysis. Eko last raised $5M in a Series A in February 2018.
