Custom text messages from appointments

Our software lets you send out fully customized messages directly to your patients's mobile phone. Not only do these allow your patients to confirm heir appointments, but also allow them to change their appointment times and dates with a simple press of a button. 

These messages can be saved into our software as well, which lets you easily send out specific messages when needed. For instance, you can send out medical alerts to a patient, and even the precise details of an upcoming appointment date and time. With this feature accessible though any booked appointment, the customization possibilities are endless. 

You can access this feature by opening an appointment, clicking on "Send SMS," clicking on "Send With Template," and pressing "Message." The templates are then displayed on the right-side of the screen for your perusal. 

This feature is available to any office with the SMS module (2-way SMS is not necessary) on the latest version of Paradigm Clinical V6.

Manual confirmation feature

This feature, also available on Paradigm Clinical V6 and to any office with the SMS module, lets you override the automated confirmation system.

This feature was built in mind for dental offices that wish to send out confirmation and pre-confirmation messages ahead of time due to either the weekend or the holidays.

Access to this feature is simple. Paradigm Clinical users just need to go into the "My Contact List" tab, click "More Options," and select an override provided in the "Options" box.
