🌱 Butcher Of The Future
Now that summer is officially over, you can turn your attention to what autumn is all about — good eatin’. And if you missed out when plant-based meat company The Vegetarian Butcher took over local butchery Hill & Szrok on 30 September, don’t fret! We've heard rumblings that the meat-free purveyor’s food truck will making rounds in London and surrounding cities starting in the middle of the month. Keep an eye on their socials to see where they’ll be stopping. We’re crossing our fingers they’ll be bringing their delicious hot dogs and Naked Chicknburgers along for the ride.

🍽 Big Eats At The Bistro
Can’t make it to the truck? Then be sure to stop by bistro-style vegan and vegetarian eatery Naïfs when it opens its doors in Peckham sometime this month. A family-owned enterprise, you can expect delectable dishes based on seasonal produce and supplier sustainability. Menu highlights include Potato Rosti with smoked apple, mustard, and cheese and Koji Roasted Celeriac featuring tomato salsa, remoulade, and leaves. For those with a sweet tooth, try out the Almond and Barley Ice Cream Sandwich. And to wash it all down, they’ll have beer from Brick Brewery and speciality drinks from Postcard Teas.

🎶 See You At The Club
Beach body, smeach body. This year is all about feeling happy and healthy from the inside out. To make that just a smidge bit easier for you, nightclub-cum-boxing studio Kobox just opened a brand new sweat spot on Marleybone’s Baker Street. Stop by to experience their tried-and-tested ‘night club meets fight club’ ethos, where high-intensity workouts and strength training are accompanied by black lights and bumping tunes. Which means you can spend less time thinking about working through the pain and more time taking in the good vibes.

😎 Move Your Frame
Speaking of new sweat spots, Christmas is coming early thanks to FRAME. The boutique fitness operator is launching a 5,200-square-foot fitness hub this December in the new bespoke basement space at Angel Central. Expect three studios all with their own distinct offerings: one for barre, yoga, and dance; one for Reformer Pilates; and a third for HIIT and strength training. So no matter how you like to workout, you’ll find a class that suits you. Keep tabs on their Instagram for opening day updates.

✌️ Rest + Recover
Grab your mats, yogis — Fat Buddha Yoga’s Sunday Rehab sessions are back in action. Head over to to Hoxton Hotel at 12pm each week to flow it out in the 60-minute yoga class. Don’t worry — these are low-impact moves, designed to create heat in the body and loosen muscles. In other words, it’s the perfect way to restore your mind and body before the workweek ahead.
