CREW Edmonton is pleased to invite you to our upcoming education lunch on Property Condition Assessments. Our panel of speakers will include:

Stephanie Borgs, M.Sc., E.I.T., GHD; and
Carey van der Zalm, Architect, AAA, M.Arch., B.Des., Manasc Isaac.

Our expert panel will be speaking on all matters relating to property condition assessments, including the value it may bring to lenders, owners, potential purchasers, and tenants of commercial real estate, and to condominium boards. They will also share case studies on property condition assessments conducted on local commercial properties.
