Hello!
One of our members has posted on Facebook to say they have been contacted by someone pretending to be from the hotel the EQC is in. To be clear, the hotel won't contact you to ask for payment or for your card details if you have booked in the way detailed on the EQC website. Booking directly as instructed will mean you won't actually pay until you arrive and will just receive an email confirming your booking.
I have told the hotel that this has happened and that the booking was made through Booking.com. If anyone claiming to be from the hotel contacts you wanting money, please forward the email to me and don't pay anyone anything so I can report it.
If you haven't yet booked and you need a room, please contact the hotel by emailing reception@parkhotelmoskva.net and quoting EQC 2019.
