Happy, healthy Monday and here is to a great brand new week ahead of us!
Summer seems to be long gone and, as weather is getting colder and wetter, most of my clients seem to admit they are way more focused this season heading up to Christmas to shake off some Summer fluff they accumulated and to get focused on re-establishing their healthier habits.
Summer is surely when we eat and drink more as we socialise more, so, if you are also feeling more focused, that is fantastic.
If you are, however, feeling bad habits are still running you down, don't be a stranger, get in touch and I would be happy to point you in the right direction or even set you up with the plan that will take care of all the important aspects of healthy weight management and nutrition.
This coming week is my birthday week and it will be a tough one without mum as it is also a first birthday without her. As October is also a World Mental Health Awareness Month, it may be appropriate to share an article I wrote last week on how I am currently dealing with grief, eight months on after my mum has passed. You can read it here... First birthday without mum.
In the mean time, I made this newsletter all about Healthy Heart, so enjoy articles and hearty recipe ahead...

To continue with a healthy heart theme, I turned to, who else but... Jamie Oliver...
