UNIFORMS READY FOR PICK UP
We are ready for uniforms to go home ASAP. Each student should go by the orchestra room after school tomorrow (Friday) to pick up their uniform. New orchestras students will pick up their new garment bags as well. If you are a returning student please be sure to bring your uniform bag to school Friday. All uniforms must go home in a garment bag. If your child rides the bus and does not have enough time to swing by the orchestra room after school we will have the orchestra room open after school and into the evening from 7:00-8:00pm. Please make certain you have your uniform over the weekend. Also, students MUST try on their uniform this weekend to ensure they are prepared for our concert next Tuesday. See uniform handout for uniform policy and guidelines. Within the handout is information on what to do if you have an issue with your uniform.

FALL CONCERTS
Our first concert series of the year starts next Tuesday! Our Camerata, Lyrica, & Sinfonietta orchestras perform at the 5:30pm concert (Part I). The Philharmonia, Cambiata, & Sinfonia orchestras perform at the 7:00pm concert (Part II). We are excited to start each of these concerts with our annual senior pinning ceremony! We can't wait to show off what we have learned since August. We would kindly ask that students enter the building from the back of the school near the band trailer. Parents may park and enter from the front of the school near the Performing Arts Center.

CONCERT GRADES
The concert grade for our first concert of the year is a double test grade on the 2nd six weeks grading period. This grade may be affect by any and all of the following: late arrival, missing supplies, concert and audience behavior, forgetting to sign in, uniform cleanliness and neatness, performance quality. Uniforms may be brought to school in the morning for convenience if that is helpful. Also, please note that students signed up for a crew credit will be working for about an hour after the end of the later concert.

CELLO MASTER CLASS OPPORTUNITY
The Paganini School is happy to offer a cello masterclass with Maki Kubota of the Houston Symphony on October 21st from 5:30-8:00pm. Please see flier link for details.
