Giving Out Money: As we are a city church, at times you may have people asking you for money and help. If you are approached by someone, please feel free to consult the pastoral staff. Generally our advice would be to give towards organisations that help people in need rather than give money to people individually. Often giving money can cause more harm than good and the pastoral staff are often aware of the circumstances of individuals.

Cult warning. You might have seen the warnings on stuff regarding the Shincheonji cult active in Wellington among Students. We recently had a person subtly approached and invited to a “Bible Study”. Check out the following article and if you have any questions feel free to talk to the pastoral team. https://www.stuff.co.nz/national/116078477/wellington-man-who-left-manipulative- shincheonji-cult-issues-warning-to-others

Church Care: If you are needing help, looking for support or going through a tough time, we care and would like to help. There are a number of ways we are able to support you or someone you know.
